Children from 0-2 years do not have to pay – Baby bed and baby chair available
The apartments are at your disposal from 16:00 o’clock on the day of arrival
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartments by 09:00 am. If you arrive earlier, we offer you a luggage storage and changing facilities
In case of early departure or late arrival the full invoice amount will be charged
Short stay up to 4 nights: 10% surcharge
A booking becomes binding for us only after receipt of a deposit
At the same time we also require a deposit, which will of course be refunded after an inventory check
Payment methods: Cash payment, in advance by bank transfer, EC card payment (please discuss the daily debit limit with your bank); credit cards VISA and MasterCard and Paypal.
Arrival after 18:00 o’clock requires an announcement

Please note: Not all apartments can be booked online. If your desired date is not bookable, or you have a special request or occupancy, please use our non-binding inquiry.
Deposit and caution money
At the time of your booking we reserve the right to charge an immediate deposit of 40% of the total arrangement. Only after receipt of the deposit your booking confirmation is valid. On arrival we require a deposit of € 300,00 per apartment. This will be refunded on departure (after inventory check).
In case of major damage and/or wilful damage and/or the absence of objects, the deposit will be retained and any claims exceeding the amount of the deposit will be charged.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellations must be made in writing. If a reservation is cancelled, the resulting fee is to be paid. The cancellation fee is 40% of the total cost if received before the 28th day of the scheduled arrival date.
If the cancellation is received from the 28th day until 14 days before arrival: 80%, in case of later cancellation or early departure the whole arrangement will be charged. If you do not arrive by 6:00 p.m. on the agreed day of arrival, there is no longer any obligation to accommodate you, unless a later time of arrival has been agreed.

Tip: In case something should happen, we recommend that you take out a travel cancellation or interruption insurance with an insurer you trust.
